Madariaga SAS ("Madariaga", "we", "us") operates the website madariaga.com.ar and is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through it. This Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are.

We collect only data that you actively provide to us:

This site may use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic in an anonymous, aggregated way (pages visited, session duration, country of origin). Google Analytics does not collect data that would allow us to personally identify you through this site.

Marketing communications: we will only send you promotional emails (Madariaga news, ChameleonDB updates, blog articles) if you have given us explicit consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to hola@madariaga.com.ar or using the unsubscribe link included in every communication.

- Contact inquiries: up to 2 years from the last communication, unless an active business relationship exists.
- Marketing subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: 14 months (GA4 default configuration).
5. International Data Transfers
- Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA): Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and provides adequate safeguards under GDPR.
- Email provider (SMTP): messages are sent via our configured SMTP provider, which may process data on servers outside Argentina.
In all cases, we require recipients to provide protection equivalent to that required under Law 25.326 and, where applicable, the GDPR.

- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
